ABOUT GENERAL SCIENTIFIC PREMISES OF THE FORMATION OF LEGAL CATEGORY "ENTREPRENEURIAL RISK"

Abstract. In the article the problem of the reasonability of the normative fixation of the category "entrepreneurial risk" is solved on the basis of general scientific approach. The definition of the essential features of risk as a philosophical category allows the author finding out its influence on the regulation of public relationships connected with entrepreneurial activity. The author concludes that normative fixation of entrepreneurial risk is the necessary means of the regulation of entrepreneurial relationships.
