PROCESS PARTIES OF INSURANCE ARGUMENT (BY THE EXAMPLE OF ARBITRATION INVESTIGATION OF SUBROGATION CLAIMS)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the question of the right definition of acting parties while arbitration investigating subrogation demands. The author analyzes the main problems of realizing the right to subrogation in the order of arbitration procedure by the example of court practice of investigation of insurance arguments resulted from the contract of property insurance.
