Abstract. The analysis of hierarchical relations in the sphere of motivation is shown in the article. Nowadays A. Maslow's hierarchy of motivations is well known. But the hierarchical relations in the sphere of motivation are often subject to inversion and that is connected with the spirituality role in a person's life. Even so the lower levels of the hierarchy of motivation get the significance of a leading construct. Such examples are often found in the Russian history.
