MEMBERSHIP OF MUNICIPAL DUMAS OF SAMARA AND PENZA PROVINCES IN THE 1880-1890S

Abstract. The analysis of the trends of changing public activity of province population at the end of the XIXth - the beginning of the XXth centuries is carried out. The dynamics and structure of the social membership of municipal dumas is traced by the example of Samara and Penza province. The social body of electors is analyzed according to different grounds.
