Abstract. In the article great attention is given to the problem of world and man transformation, the creation of new activity programs and their realization. The exposure of the realization limits of man's abilities given by nature and culture is revealed. The problem of the aim at the development of individual abilities, instincts and skills in different kinds of activities and aspiration for the transformation of any subjects, subordination to nature processes for man's benefit are analyzed. Special attention is given to the problem of the development of man-machine society and technical civilization which is becoming the means of world destruction.
