REFLECTIVE PROBLEMS OF CIVIL HERMENEUTICS

Abstract. In this article the author considers the main positions of civil hermeneutics, reveals the restrictions connected with the concept of positivism dominating over jurisprudence and offers the ways of their solution. The technological conception of intelligence acts as the main idea.
