The precedent name “A. S. Makarenko” as a value unit of F. A. Vigdorova’s anthroponymicon (based on the material of the trilogy “This Is My Home”, “Road to Life”, “Chernigovka”)

Abstract. The aim of the research is to determine the meaning of the precedent name “A. S. Makarenko” as a value unit in F. A. Vigdorova’s anthroponymicon based on the material of the trilogy “This Is My Home”, “Road to Life”, “Chernigovka”. The paper describes how the writer uses the anthroponym “A. S. Makarenko”, identifies the semantic components characteristic of this precedent name, indicating the proximity of the intentions of F. A. Vigdorova and the most famous teacher of the first half of the 20th century, as well as their dissimilarity, which makes it possible to determine the significance of the name “A. S. Makarenko” and related proprial words in the mental-lingual complex of the author’s linguistic personality. The research is original in that it is the first to consider the anthroponym “A. S. Makarenko” as a significant unit of F. A. Vigdorova’s idiolect and individual style. As a result, it has been found that the proper name “A. S. Makarenko” as a precedent name is associated with the concepts UPBRINGING, EDUCATION, PEDAGOGY, TEACHER, PERSON, WORK, LITERATURE in the supertext of the writer. Introduction of proprial vocabulary (the name “A. S. Makarenko”, the title of his work, the names of children’s education institutions, the heroes of the character zone of the texts) allows F. A. Vigdorova to outline her own pragmatic, pedagogical, social position, indicates the value of the name “A. S. Makarenko” in the anthroponymicon of the author as a linguistic personality, characterizes the era of the 1920s-1950s and its ideals.
