The paper sheds light on the linguistic features of the “academic mobility” frame, using texts presented on the websites of Russian universities. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it considers the notion of “academic mobility” as a frame; in addition, the study is the first to identify actants of this frame. Structural and content components for prototype frames and instance frames are proposed for the study. As a result of the study, obligatory semantic actants have been identified, their role in representation of the “academic mobility” frame has been determined.
