SPEECH CULTURE AND ITS ROLE IN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The article tackles the relevant problem of law enforcement officers’ speech culture, which is considered as the key component of their professional activity. The author discovers the interrelation of law enforcement officers’ general speech culture and culture of professional communication and reveals the correlation of the normative, communicative and ethical aspects of speech culture with the competences of professional communication. Special attention is paid to the communicative and ethical aspects of speech culture.
