USE OF WEB APPLICATIONS AS TOOLS FOR COLLABORATIVE WORK OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS WHEN WORKING WITH TEXTS AT A TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article discusses the possibilities of using web applications as tools for collaborative activity when working with texts at the university. The characteristic features of the currently available applications are analysed. The paper reveals and substantiates the possibility of including web applications in the educational process of the university, especially in the framework of collaborative activity. The available web applications providing tasks for some stages of work with texts are identified. They include a design project. Basing on the study, the authors offer recommendations for specific applications use for various activities.
