POETICS OF THE MODERN TATAR LYRICS IN THE RUSSIAN TRANSLATIONS

Abstract. The article deals with conveying the creative originality of the Tatar poets of the late ХХ - the early XXI century - Suleiman and Lenar Shaekh - in translation into Russian. The author attempts to reveal the variability of the translation of the poetics of the original using specific poems as an example and showing how different poets-translators implement various translation methods. It is proved that the peculiarities of the Tatar poetic works are reflected largely by bilingual translators, who work without an interlinear translation. In their translations, there are adequate ways to convey the poetics of original works, they find creative solutions that are innovative for the Tatar lyric poetry.
