COMPOSITION STRUCTURING POTENTIAL OF INTERNAL MONOLOGUE

Abstract. The article analyses the composition structuring potentials of internal monologue as a specific way of representing the components of the author’s conceptual and value system. The definition of the phenomenon is viewed from modern standpoints. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the consideration of internal monologue as a method of chronotope overlay without any direct association with syntactic and grammatical execution. Within the framework of the undertaken research, various ways of internal monologue verbalization are typified on the basis of the criteria of the structural and grammatical execution of the described reflexive situation. The combined type of verbalization that incorporates the author’s, free indirect and direct speech is claimed to be the most efficient way of psycho-emotive space representation.
