INTERPRETATION OF THE POETIC WORD (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE LEXEME СОН (DREAM) IN A. BLOK’S "VERSES ABOUT THE BEAUTIFUL LADY")

Abstract. The article is devoted to the principles and methods of the interpretation and lexicographical description of a word in a poetic text. The purpose of the work is to give a full interpretation of the lexeme "сон" (dream) in the context of A. Blok’s "Verses about the Beautiful Lady" taking into account the combinatorial augmentations of the meaning. The novelty of the research is connected with the introduction of new data on A. Blok’s individual style into scientific use. The author’s classification of the types of a poetic word usage is given in the article. The obtained results have allowed concluding that сон in the Beautiful Lady’s world is not so much peace and oblivion as a special stressful state of mind, in which the highest reality is available to the lyrical hero.
