S. A. YESENIN IN THE BULGARIAN INTERNET SOURCES

Abstract. The article considers recent perception and interpretation of S. A. Yesenin’s creative work in the Bulgarian electronic media. The researcher’s attention is focused on the resources containing new translations of Yesenin’s poetry, biographical and literary critical materials, which clearly represent the reception of Yesenin’s personality and heritage in modern Bulgaria. The paper examines the peculiarities of creating Yesenin’s image as a human and a poet on the sites popular among the Bulgarian Internet users. The analysis of these sources testifies to undeniable interest in the personality of the Russian poet.
