THE RATIO OF VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL COMPONENTS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION PHASE OF SPEECH ACTS IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The article considers the information-communicative phase of communication speech acts, analyzes briefly some scientific research on this topic, and outlines and describes communication systems in the context of the importance of this phase for implementing successful communication, including the business sphere. A comparative-contrastive analysis of the text carried out within the framework of A. Pease’s classical theory shows that the communication process is always multifactorial in nature and is directly related to linguistic, psychological (behavioral) and culturological aspects.
