IMPLEMENTATION OF KEY CONCEPTS OF LEGAL DISCOURSE IN TEXTS OF THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE MEDIA (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE CONCEPTS LAW AND RIGHT)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of key concepts of legal discourse LAW and RIGHT from the point of view of their implementation in the English-language media texts. It is established that the concept RIGHT appears to be integrating, and LAW is integrative. Within the same sentence the names of these concepts are objectified in different ways. The principal names of law and right of the concepts LAW and RIGHT are implemented in the argumentative type of texts in the most complete way.
