REPRESENTATION OF FOREIGN POLICY EVENTS IN THE PAGES OF ARMAVIR NEWSPAPER "OTKLIKI KAVKAZA" ("CAUCASIAN VOICES") BEFORE THE FIRST WORLD WAR (1909-1914): ON THE PROBLEM OF INFORMATION POLICY SPECIFICITY OF THE NEWSPAPER

Abstract. The article examines the problem of representing foreign policy events in the pages of Armavir private newspaper "Otkliki Kavkaza" ("Caucasian Voices") before the First World War (1909-1914) regarding information policy of this regional newspaper. Special attention is paid to the publications on the Balkan wars and Russian-German relations. The author tries to identify the correlation between the information policy of the newspaper in the First World War period and the peculiarities of representing foreign events in the pre-war period.
