LINGUOCULTUROLOGICAL CONTENT OF THE CONCEPT СЕМЬЯ / FAMILY IN THE WORLDVIEWS OF THE GREAT ALTAI PEOPLES (ACCORDING TO CLOZE-TESTING DATA)

Abstract. The article deals with a fragment of the conceptual sphere of the Chinese and Kazakh peoples living in the Great Altai region. The functioning of the concept "семья / family" is described at the present stage of the development of the languages and cultures of these peoples. The cloze-testing method was adapted and applied for the reconstruction of the national conceptual sphere for the first time. On its basis, the semantic content of the encyclopaedic and evaluation areas of the concept "семья / family" in the worldviews of the Kazakhs and the Chinese is revealed. The national perception of family relations varies significantly among these peoples living in the same region.
