HEYDAY OF EXPERTISE AS A REFLECTION OF CHANGES IN THE LIFE OF THE MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the evaluative genre of expertise. The objective of the work is to determine the level and reasons for the demand for expertise in various spheres of the modern Russian society. The novelty of the research is in reference to expertise as a result of speech activity. The author defines the basic characteristics of the genre under study, presents a classification with the description of differentiating qualities, formulates the reasons for the actualization of expertise and identifies the features of its implementation in new areas. The study shows the spread of expertise relating to the humanities, as well as the high degree of the population involvement in different kinds of expert situations.
