THE CONCEPT THREAT AS OBJECTIFICATION OF THE CONCEPTUAL SPHERE SAFETY/SECURITY IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article highlights the representation of the systemic organization of the concept THREAT as the basic component that forms the scope of the conceptual sphere SAFETY/SECURITY in the English linguistic worldview. The concept THREAT is presented as a complex concept and is implemented as a frame, the terminals of which are filled with lexical units relevant for the given conceptual sphere, objectifying the associated data, typical of the analyzed language community.
