STUDYING ?ABDULLA TUQAY’S LITERARY HERITAGE IN THE CONTEXT OF TURKIC LITERATURES (BY THE EXAMPLE OF ONE MOTIVE IN THE CREATIVE WORK OF ?. TUQAY AND SABIR)

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the literary heritage of ?abdulla Tuqay as a representative of Turkic literature against the background of the rise of national self-consciousness of the peoples of Russia occurred at the beginning of the XX century following the revolution of 1905. In particular, the author traces the simultaneous origin and development of key literary trends which formed the basis of national revival among the Turkic people. The rise of national self-consciousness of the peoples of Russia promotes the literary careers of a whole pleiad of thinkers, such as Tuqay in the Tatar literature and Sabir - in the Azerbaijani one.
