FUNCTIONING OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS ON PAGES OF NEWSPAPERS OF THE SOUTH OF BASHKORTOSTAN

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of an aspect analysis of the language of modern regional journalism: the emphasis is on the study and description of the functioning of phraseological units in the newspapers of the south of Bashkortostan ("Voskhod", Ishimbay, "Vybor", Salavat, "Sterlitamakskii rabochii", Sterlitamak). Analytically the authors confirm the prevailing opinion in the linguistic science about the high frequency of using phraseological units in the journalistic texts of modern mass media, especially in headlines.
