THE USE OF EDUTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY WITH THE ACCOUNT OF THE SOCIO-CULTURAL COMPONENT IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING IN SCHOOLS OF SWITZERLAND

Abstract. This article is devoted to the issues affecting the peculiarities of the use of edutainment technology with the account of the socio-cultural component in the English language teaching in schools of Switzerland. The author reveals the notion of edutainment in education, gives the directions for methodical work for the foreign language teaching using this technology. The specificity of the socio-cultural component in the foreign language teaching is presented.
