THE LEVELS OF LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY’S COMMUNICATIVE TOLERANCE

Abstract. The article describes the characteristics of communicative tolerance which every linguistic personality manifests in communication. The author analyzes the peculiarities of low communicative tolerance level which manifests itself in speech and linguistic behaviour. To raise the level of his communicative tolerance the individual should either overcome or level out the negative differences between his personality and personality of his communicative partner. The more positive qualities linguistic personality will manifest in communication the higher will be the level of his communicative tolerance.
