SYNTAСTIC FUNCTIONS OF INTERJECTIONS IN THE INGUSH LANGUAGE

Abstract. This article deals with syntactic functions of one of the auxiliary parts of speech - interjection - in the Ingush language. It is noted that interjections in a sentence can perform various functions. They can be: the equivalents of sentences, these ones are the so-called interjection sentences; introductory components; members of the sentence. Interjection sentences or indivisible sentences are expressed in one word or a stable phrase. They are a means of communication. Interjection sentences, having the same classification as other types of simple sentences, are narrative, interrogative and incentive.
