"ON THE FIELD THE REAL TSAR IS OUR ILYUSHA TSYMBALAR!" (THE PECULIARITIES OF THE CHANTS DEDICATED TO THE STAR OF THE RUSSIAN FOOTBALL OF THE 1990S)

Abstract. The article deals with the folklore genre "football chant" which is relevant at present. The author focuses on the works of the fans of FC Spartak (Moscow), dedicated to Ilya Tsymbalar, a football player, who played in the club in the 90s. This publication is an attempt to put together, as far as possible, the chants about the midfielder, created by the fans, as well as to reveal the artistic peculiarities of the texts they performed.
