THE METHODS OF EXPLICATION OF THE LEVEL OF ACCESS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL DISCOURSE BY MEANS OF SET EXPRESSIONS

Abstract. In the research the conditions for the verbal realization of the level of access to the regulation of the vectors of discourse development with the help of phraseomes and proposeomes within the framework of social work with the population are analyzed. The identification and the description of methods of inciting and damping the conflict in institutional discourse are made on the basis of three language systems using the methodology of philological phenomenological hermeneutics. In the process of the analysis the main positions of counter-communicants that affect the possibility of explication or enhancement of the level of access to the discourse management are revealed.
