VIRTUAL EXCURSION AS AN INNOVATIVE METHOD OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Abstract. The present article reflects the search for the innovative methods of teaching, aimed at increasing the motivation level for studying foreign languages. The author describes some possibilities of using virtual excursions in foreign language classes, which expand the background knowledge and form socio-linguistic and socio-cultural competences in accordance with the new educational standards.
