FEATURES OF LEGAL DISCOURSE IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE WORLDVIEW

Abstract. The article considers the peculiarities of legal discourse as a component of the Russian language worldview based on the theoretical principles of modern discourse studies. The initial typology of the concepts of the Russian legal discourse on the type of social relations regulated by law, the value connotations of concepts is implemented.
