DOMESTIC TEXTBOOKS FOR METHODICAL TRAINING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS (THE MIDDLE OF THE XX - THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY)

Abstract. The article deals with the content of the most famous domestic textbooks for methodical training of a foreign language teacher in different periods of development of methodology of teaching foreign languages as an independent science. The object of analysis is the subject matter, the main issues of the content, included in textbooks of methodical preparation of foreign language teachers from the 50-ies of the last century to the contemporary period.
