Abstract. The article is devoted to systematization of the ways of creating socio-cultural environment in non-linguistic higher school of modern Dagestan in the process of the educational work of its tutors. It is shown how in the framework of tutorial activity it is necessary to integrate the model of social and cultural environment of the University into the practice as a space for personal development of students. The authors reveal and substantiate the technologies, with the help of which the educational work in non-linguistic universities should be carried out.
