ON THE PROBLEM OF TEACHING RUSSIAN IN THE MUSLIM EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF RUSSIAN ISLAMIC INSTITUTE AND KAZAN ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY)

Abstract. The article examines the problems of the Russian language teaching in the Muslim religious educational institutions. Competence in Russian, knowing the basics of oratorical speech, culture and ethics of speech communication allows the future preachers to propagate religious knowledge. The outcomes should be considered when adopting the unified religious higher educational standards, the research findings encourage enriching the curriculum with the disciplines involving the Russian language, speech culture, oratorical art.
