CHANGES TO THE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN LINE WITH THE CONCEPT OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED TEACHING

Abstract. The article discusses changes in education in the framework of student-based and competence-based approaches. It is noted that with the transformation of the educational paradigm approaches to professionally-oriented education at the University also change. By the example of normative documents - the Federal State Educational Standards for the specialty "jurisprudence", general cultural competences in the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education (FSES HPE 3) and Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FSES HE 3+) are analyzed, which are the methodological basis of the educational process.
