MONGOLIAN FACTOR IN RUSSIA’S LANGUAGE POLICY

Abstract. Under the conditions of growing globalization and new geopolitical tendencies the states face the necessity to pursue balanced language policy which would promote cooperation with other countries and influence positively the interethnic relations within the country. The article analyzes the problems of formation and realization of state language policy as a key factor to preserve and develop languages in the modern world.
