POTENTIAL OF INTEGRATED COURSES IN THE FORMATION OF A POLYLINGUISTIC PERSONALITY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of disciplines integration, which is considered as a promising direction for the improvement of the educational process for future linguists’ training, and its goal is the formation of a polylinguistic personality. The experience of teachers of Orenburg State University is generalized. Particular attention is paid to students’ introduction into the world culture through the study of several foreign, including ancient, languages. Implementation of the integration principle is shown by the example of the course "Ancient Languages and Cultures".
