COMMUNICATIVE AND PRAGMATIC PECULIARITIES OF THE IMAGE OF HILLARY CLINTON’S ELECTION CAMPAIGN IN 2016 (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE GERMAN NEWSPAPERS)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the election narrative about Hilary Clinton from the German newspapers for 2016. The observations over empiricism allow us to conclude that personalization in the course of actualization of eventual content, political correctness with the use of euphemisms for veiling problem situations, the opposition of "one’s own" and "another’s" in describing a political discourse, as well as metaphorical speech for increasing its persuasive effect are the dominant parameters of politician’s personality representation.
