Abstract. The article presents an attempt of using information technologies in the process of further training of pedagogical employees - teachers of the Russian language and literature at Belgorod Institute of Education Development. The educational potential of some programs, services and social networks is described; their role in improving the educational process and increasing the motivation of schoolchildren is shown.
