THE POEM BY ALIRZA SAIDOV "THE SONG ABOUT STARS": GENRE AND IDEOLOGICAL-STYLE PECULIARITIES

Abstract. The article for the first time analyzes the poem "The Song about Stars" by the famous Lezghian poet Alirza Saidov. Special attention is paid to genre and ideological-style peculiarities. The poem is considered in the context of literary process of the second half of the XX century. It is shown that the poem was an integral part of Saidov’s poetical collection. The paper traces the development of author’s thought which is important when analyzing the set of problems and ideas, evaluating lyrical hero’s image. The researcher concludes that the poem is characterized by deep lyricism, evident publicistic nature, local metaphoricity and ethical problematics.
