LANGUAGE CONTACTS OF THE XVIII CENTURY IN THE CONTEXT OF CULTURES DIALOGUE (BY THE MATERIAL OF BOLOTOV’S "NOTES")

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of one of the central historical-lexicological problems of the XVIII century - the problem of language contacts, represented in lexical borrowings from European and classical languages. The language material taken from the XVIII century memoir prose, namely, A. T. Bolotov’s "Notes", allows considering sources of borrowing in the context of the cultural dialogue, determining the role of European and classical languages, which directly and indirectly influenced the formation of the corpus of the Russian literary language.
