PECULIARITIES OF AESTHETIC REFLEXION IN K. A. KOROVIN’S AUTOBIOGRAPHY "MY LIFE"

Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarities of aesthetic reflexion in the autobiography of the artist-emigrant K. A. Korovin "My Life". The tendency of the author’s aesthetic reflexion is conditioned by the artist’s search for his creative path, comprehension of his own artistic activity and evaluation of creativity of his contemporaries. It is noted that within the framework of the autobiographical narration as argumentation / counter-argumentation for justifying his own aesthetic judgments the artist uses "someone else’s word".
