THE FUNCTIONAL AND LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF TACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF CONFLICT COMMUNICATIVE STRATEGIES OF THE AMERICAN ELECTORAL POLITICAL DISCOURSE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the topical problem of the analysis of the most common tactics of implementation of confrontational communicative strategies of the contemporary American election discourse in the functional-pragmatic evolution of political communication. The authors come to the conclusion that to achieve the desired result, the parties of communication are increasingly resorting to the violation of conventional communication rules and form the functional space of discourse by means of the complex of multilevel linguistic means that have a pragmatic impact on the recipients, associated with the discredit and even insult of the competitors.
