COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF NUMERAL IN THE SHAROISH AND NOKHCHMAKHKAKHOISH CHECHEN DIALECTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the numeral in the Sharoish dialect of the Chechen language. The paper proposes the classification of numeral categories in the Sharoish dialect in comparison with the Nokhchmakhkakhoish Chechen dialect. The analysis of numeral categories allowed the author to identify the specificity of numerals in the Sharoish dialect. The classifications of numeral categories in the Chechen scientific and educational literature vary, and the author shows that the Sharoish dialect has all numeral categories represented in the studies devoted to numeral in the Nokhchmakhkakhoish Chechen dialect.
