LINGUISTIC-CULTUROLOGICAL FIELD SABANTUY IN THE TATAR LANGUAGE WORLDVIEW

Abstract. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of using the lexeme "sabantuy" in the context of the problem of functioning. The etymological analysis of the lexeme "sabantuy" allows revealing the information about the meaning of the word, which is very important for the linguistic-culturological description of the word under study. The material for the analysis was chosen from the texts of small folklore genres, poetic works, etc. The study identifies the lexical-semantic variants of words that are most often realized in literary works. The authors generalize peculiar to this substantive types of compatibility with character and subject lexemes. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis and description of the word combinations in which the lexeme "sabantuy" serves as an object of comparison.
