DEVELOPING NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ FOREIGN-LANGUAGE GRAMMATICAL COMPETENCE FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF INTERCULTURAL APPROACH

Abstract. The article discusses the problem of grammatical competence formation while teaching a foreign language to non-linguistic university students in the context of intercultural approach. The authors analyze the influence of culture on the language (by the example of the English and Russian languages) and the possibility to improve the grammatical aspect of linguistic competence through the lenses of interrelation of language and culture.
