PREFIXAL WORD-FORMATION OF VERBS IN THE INGUSH LANGUAGE

Abstract. This article examines the role of prefixes in the verbal word-formation in the Ingush language. The author also touches upon the question of the genesis and formation of the prefixes of the Ingush language. It is noted that prefixion is one of the main ways of word-formation of the Ingush language. The paper determines that the prefixes of the Ingush language have adverbial and noun origin.
