CONSONANT COMPATIBILITY AS A SUBSTITUTE OF NOMINATIVE UNITS

Abstract. The article covers the problem of the competence-based approach in the educational system. The authors differentiate the concept of the philologist-teacher’s competence-based approach in multi-ethnic environment, identify significant examples of orthographic discourse in morphemic substitutes. The designed educational system’s tools allow differentiating the orphoepic aspect and actualizing consonant combinations in the nominative units of speech.
