COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MOTOR ACTIVITY AND FUNCTIONAL STATE OF STUDENTS DURING the STUDY IN THE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the examination of the problem of influence of motor activity of the students of the institutions of higher education on the changes of their functional state during the period of study. The sociological survey, conducted by the author, shows that motor load among the students during the period of study becomes less and to the fifth year it is critically low, while static and mental load increases, especially in the period of taking session exams and qualification finals. All mentioned moments have a significant impact on the students’ health and may lead to diseases in future.
