Abstract. The article sets a task to determine the theoretical parameters of the concept "remake". As the result of the analysis of the remake texts: B. Akunin’s "F. M.", V. Pelevin’s "Vera Pavlovna’s ninth dream", N. Silinskaya’s "Princess Vereiskaya" - the techniques of pretexts modification in the process of creating remakes at the thematic and problematic, figurative, genre levels are determined; the strategies of the interaction of the classics and contemporaneity are revealed; and the implementations of the artistic positions of postmodernism aesthetics are identified.
