TEACHING MAGISTRACY STUDENTS SUMMARY TRANSLATION OF THE POPULAR SCIENCE AND TECHNICAL TEXTS

Abstract. The article examines the problem of teaching magistracy students summary translation by the material of the English popular science and technical texts. The author proposes a type of educational process organization under which the students’ knowledge of lexico-grammatical peculiarities of the articles from the foreign journals is consolidated; the conditions are formed to develop their skills of summarizing in English and information search skills.
