TRANSLATOR’S INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY IN A MODERN ANTHROPOCENTRIC PARADIGM

Abstract. The article deals with the problems associated with the cultural and cognitive factors of translation, the study of which is carried out within the framework of the conception of translation space. Particular attention is paid to the intellectual activity of a translator, having a balanced translation worldview as a system of opinions based on the semantic transformations of the text in the space-time continuum of translation. The importance of the translator's intellectual potential for the generation of qualitative - balanced text of the translation, which becomes the fact of another language and culture, is shown.
